Pretty much everything.

Most people don't excatly want to go an artshow at the age of 16. Especially in your vacation which only lasts for 6 weeks ( stupid goverment ). But I did go with my freind Olivia, and it was awsome. The exhibition was by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin. They've worked for big brands like : YSL, Chanel, Balmain, Gucci and many other brands. They also shot a lot of celebrities! For instant Kate Moss, Lara Stone but also Penelope Cruz. Their photo's are like portret's with a twist of something else. They balance between the line of beautiful and slightly weird. Sometimes even grotesque, but always with a refreshing tone to it. I'll show you some of my favorites, hopefully you'll like them. The exhibition was in Foam.

Hands up for Phoenix.

Don't we all love a good song for the mood. Phoenix make's that easily happen. With their lyrics as : Die and see. You say it out loud but you just don't care. Despite, it doesn't look like such a happy song it makes you feel good. For us this is an upcoming band who deserves a lot of attention. So when you turn on youtube give it a try.

This girl named Alexa Chung has it all; she's a model. tv presentor, DJ and ofcourse it-girl.
Just look at her and you'll know why.

Party all day, dance all night...

Well the last three days were awsome, and it won't stop there. The first day we had a little party at Kitty's place before we went to our freinds birthday. He didn't really want to celebrate his seventeenth birthday but we didn't really care, so we went anyway. We waited exactly till twelve a clock and then we went like: SUPRISE! your birthday is over ! First he was a bit shocked (that was very funny) but we were all in the happy mood so. Anyhow at his place we played a little poker which was extremly hard (they make it look so easy in Oceans eleven0. Our friend won anyway (maybe with some help). We ended up eating his birthday cake wich was very delicious. A little detail; our friends house was so beautiful (in the center of the city, very big).
We will not discus the morning after.. Sometimes wine isn't our best friend.

The next day we went for a drink with that same friend. After that we went to Prime, a club at the Rembrand square. The people there were defenitly a no go, but that was OK, we had our little laugh for the night. I have to say, there was very good music. Don't we just love a mix of house en hit songs... We stayed until the end the lights went on, seriously. And tonight were gonna carry on partying. Who knows what will happen tonight. See you in the morning.

When it rains....

Hi people, we welcome you all to our blog. We're very excited to give you all of our thoughts about life, party's and ofcourse fashion.  We are two sixteen year old girls who just looove to have fun! You'll notice in our posts and photo's. At this moment we're sitting at Kitty's table ( one of your amazing bloggers ) and the rain keeps on coming down. We live in Amsterdam (Holland) after all. One of the greatest cities in the whole wide world! Catalina (the other fabulous blogger) and I thought long and hard about starting a blog. And we finally decided on doing it. So this rainy day came on handy for us, thank you mister cloud. 


Tonight we're having a party, a perfect excuse to dress up and let the magic work (we don't even have to explain what magic is right?) We will tell you about it later (if we survive..)
